No charge if you go to the restaurant. There is a charge if you go to the separate viewing area (not restaurant area).
Yes there is, for sure!
Normal days you don't need a reservation, it's going to cost you a fortune.

What an absolutely spectacular, unique restaurant! The whole experience is so wholesome - when you eat, your eyes are resting on the beautiful view and it’s so incredibly relaxing. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant like this. The food is top notch, great value for money. Staff were super kind and we got to try a Chef’s special - delicious! Such a treat to come and visit, I highly recommend it to anyone! You won’t regret it. Can’t wait to come back with my family.
My girlfriend and I recently heard that the revolving restaurant had been renovated. We chose to dine in around 4:00, and to our delight, it was happy hour! Peter gave us excellent service and did not hesitate to share his knowledge of their most popular cocktails. The food arrived fast and tasted amazing. I would highly recommend the restaurant if you are visiting the city and need a place to enjoy a drink!
Great Food and Great Service. The view is the best in town, and the food tasted great. Service was great too. Contrary to other reviews, we found the washrooms to be clean. My only Complaint would be the price. I can justify paying a premium for the view, especially when the food and portion size was good. But we had a party of 10 and they made it mandatory for a 18% tip. I think when the prices are inflated, 18% of that inflated total is steep (the tip alone was close to $200). And of course they calculated the percentage on the post tax amount. I don't think I'm being cheap if I left a $150 tip for a table of 10 on a night out on the town in these difficult economic times. Nonetheless, while the value was questionable, the service was good, we had a great evening, and so for those special occasions or if you've not been there before, I would still recommend it.
